I’m on a FUN hunt!

For the empath, highly sensitive, and/or introvert

Maybe you can help me find some fun!

When you are empathic, highly sensitive and have a history of abuse, fun can be almost a foreign feature in your life- at least that is what I have come to realize.

What do I mean by fun?

I mean…

PLAY!

LAUGH!

SMILE!

HAVE A GOOD TIME!

GENUIUNELY!

This may come easy for many people, but for the introverted, for the highly sensitive, for the empath, this can be a challenge in modern society, for it is structured and geared for the EXTROVERT.

Which can make the rest of us consistently feel like there is something wrong with us, like we are falling short, bored, and disconnected from humanity.

That has been my experience anyhow.

That is why I work with highly sensitive individuals. Because I get them on a level that those who are NOT that sensitive don’t understand in the least.

So how can you help me on my fun hunt?

If you are am empath, if you are highly sensitive, if you are an introvert, and/or if you have lived through abuse,  I would like to know how YOU create consistent FUN in your life or if you struggle with being able to have real fun on a regular basis.

You can submit your answers in the comment section.

Thank you!!!
