The Burn

You want to be loved.

You want to be seen.

You want to be heard.

You want to be understood.

You want to be valued.

Often, when someone does something for you, inwardly you cry, while outwardly you smile and show great appreciation, because you realize they don’t know you at all. They have no idea of what you truly want or how you are longing to be treated. And you feel bad that you feel that way. You tell yourself how ungrateful you are.

When your partner wants conversation with you, you do your best to give them the attention they are seeking. But you know how little they are truly interested in entering into your world. As long as it is something they are interested in too, then okay. But otherwise you see right through the fake interest as soon as they respond and you’re left asking yourself, “Did he/she even hear a word I said?”

But you’ve learned… it gets you nowhere to say anything. It doesn’t help. So you shut up- AGAIN, to keep the peace.

After years of this you are bored, but you have no idea what you want to do; in fact, you don’t really want to do anything. Sometimes you just want out- completely.

And yet, deep within you hunger for it ALL.

But your stuck- shut up, turned off, and invisible.

How did I get here? What should I have done differently? Why did I attract this? What is wrong with me? Am I just ungrateful?

Around and around and around your thoughts swirl.

And there is no way out- at least no way that sounds like real relief.

Or,

MAYBE….

you don’t need out…

You need IN!

Let’s look at this entire scenario from a different point of view.

  • You want to be loved- do you love yourself? How? When? Where?
  • You want to be seen- do you see yourself? How? When? Where? What do you see?
  • You want to be heard- do you listen to your hearts deepest desires and needs?
  • You want to be understood- do you understand yourself?
  • You want to be valued- do you know your own worth? Do you sell yourself cheap?

The rest of the above article will answer these questions.

What is really going on is you have abandoned yourself.

The reasons are not relevant here. The only thing you really need to come to realize and understand is this;

Only in coming back home to YOU, will you begin to turn the tide on this scenario.

It’s time to turn AWAY from him/her and turn to YOU! It’s time to get back to YOU.

“THE BURN” begins January 15.

When the Phoenix has grown old and tired and weary, it builds itself a comfortable nest.

But it does not stay there.

It sets it all to fire – even itself.

And then something miraculous happens; out of the ASHES of what was burned- a beautiful new life is born:

THE PHOENIX RISES!

I am offering something that is unheard of:

SIX FULL MONTHS OF BECOMING A CATALYST FOR YOUR BURN.

During this time the Phantoms you have created over many years will become apparent and one by one you will watch them dissipate- go up in smoke.

And from this will emerge your TRUTH; your TRUE ESSENCE- BRIGHT AND RENEWED!

Because I will be working with you directly this space is limited so get in now.

Here is your FIRST lesson:

If you hear the call, heed it. If you know something is for you, take it while its available; don’t wait.

Even now your PHANTOMS are flying around you… speaking words to keep you within the confines of the walls you now feel trapped in. They will tell you- “but it might not work” and you will argue, “But it might!”

Its time to GET OFF THE TEETER-TOTTER of “MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT”!

Who told you that it was not okay to TRY. Who told you that if something doesnt work out, then it has to mean something negative? Who told you that unless your 100% SURE or something, you should WAIT?

YOUR PHANTOMS, THAT’S WHO!!!

And they are keeping you from the very PULSE of YOUR LIFE!

LIVING! BREATHING! FEELING!

If you are not free to EXPRESS you will quickly become DEPRESSED!

NOW IS THE TIME!
